CINCINNATI — On May 18, Vice Mayor David Mann introduced a resolution calling on the State of Ohio to remove the freeze on the Renewable Portfolio Standard. Vice Mayor Mann said, “We in Cincinnati have been a leader on utilizing green energy to create a safer, cleaner, and healthy environment, and I want the state to understand the importance of green energy to our citizens and our economy.”
